Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Shrimp
  2. Pat dry thoroughly
  3. Season lightly with salt and pepper
  4. Sauté Garlic in Butter & Oil
  5. Heat oil + butter until sizzling
  6. Sauté garlic and red pepper for 30 seconds
  7. Cook Shrimp
  8. Place shrimp in single layer
  9. Sear for 2 minutes per side
  10. Add lemon juice and parsley, toss well
