- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep the Shrimp
- Pat dry thoroughly
- Season lightly with salt and pepper
- Sauté Garlic in Butter & Oil
- Heat oil + butter until sizzling
- Sauté garlic and red pepper for 30 seconds
- Cook Shrimp
- Place shrimp in single layer
- Sear for 2 minutes per side
- Add lemon juice and parsley, toss well
