- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Prep: Wash and trim green beans. Pat them dry completely.
- Bread: Beat eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, mix Panko, Parmesan, garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip: Coat beans in egg, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture. Press lightly to adhere.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place beans in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook: Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, shaking halfway through.
