Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prep: Wash and trim green beans. Pat them dry completely.
  2. Bread: Beat eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, mix Panko, Parmesan, garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip: Coat beans in egg, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture. Press lightly to adhere.
  4. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place beans in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook: Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, shaking halfway through.
