This no-bake Biscoff Tiramisu blends creamy mascarpone, cookie butter, and coffee-soaked Biscoff cookies in a delicious twist on the Italian favorite.

- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese (room temp)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Lotus Biscoff spread (divided)
- 1 ½ packs Lotus Biscoff cookies (approx. 45 cookies)
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- Optional: extra Biscoff crumbs & melted spread for topping
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat mascarpone, sugar, and 1/2 cup Biscoff spread until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently for a fluffy filling.
- Dip Biscoff cookies quickly into cooled coffee (don’t soak).
- Layer dipped cookies in the bottom of dish, spread mascarpone mixture, repeat layers.
- Finish with a smooth layer of Biscoff spread on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle crushed cookies or pipe melted Biscoff for garnish.
