Description

This no-bake Biscoff Tiramisu blends creamy mascarpone, cookie butter, and coffee-soaked Biscoff cookies in a delicious twist on the Italian favorite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese (room temp)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Lotus Biscoff spread (divided)
  • 1 ½ packs Lotus Biscoff cookies (approx. 45 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • Optional: extra Biscoff crumbs & melted spread for topping

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat mascarpone, sugar, and 1/2 cup Biscoff spread until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream gently for a fluffy filling.
  4. Dip Biscoff cookies quickly into cooled coffee (don’t soak).
  5. Layer dipped cookies in the bottom of dish, spread mascarpone mixture, repeat layers.
  6. Finish with a smooth layer of Biscoff spread on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle crushed cookies or pipe melted Biscoff for garnish.
