Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Stir in buttermilk until combined (do not overmix).
  4. Pour melted butter into the baking dish.
  5. Add biscuit dough on top of butter, gently spreading evenly.
