Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Season & Toss
  4. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, lime zest and juice, salt, and smoked paprika.
  5. Add cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Roast to Crispy Perfection
  7. Spread florets evenly on the baking sheet.
  8. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
