- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season & Toss
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, lime zest and juice, salt, and smoked paprika.
- Add cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
