Description

These Churro Cheesecake Bars are layered with flaky dough, creamy cheesecake, and a cinnamon-sugar topping—easy to make and impossible to resist.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment.
  2. Roll out one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the dough evenly.
  4. Layer second crescent dough sheet on top of the filling.
  5. Pour melted butter over the top layer. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle generously.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
