These Churro Cheesecake Bars are layered with flaky dough, creamy cheesecake, and a cinnamon-sugar topping—easy to make and impossible to resist.

- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment.
- Roll out one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the pan.
- Mix softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the dough evenly.
- Layer second crescent dough sheet on top of the filling.
- Pour melted butter over the top layer. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle generously.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
