Description

Creamy, herby, and packed with flavor! These garlic herb cream cheese-stuffed mushrooms are the perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • White mushrooms or baby bella (about 24 medium caps)
  • Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese (like Philadelphia)
  • Fresh minced garlic, parsley, chives
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Dice stems finely.
  3. Sauté garlic and mushroom stems in olive oil until soft.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sautéed stems, herbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill mushroom caps generously.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs and drizzle of olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
