Ingredients
- White mushrooms or baby bella (about 24 medium caps)
- Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese (like Philadelphia)
- Fresh minced garlic, parsley, chives
- Parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt & black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Dice stems finely.
- Sauté garlic and mushroom stems in olive oil until soft.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sautéed stems, herbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Fill mushroom caps generously.
- Top with breadcrumbs and drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
