- 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 packages (3 oz each) blackberry or blueberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; mix in pineapple (with juice) and blueberry pie filling.
- Pour into dish and refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, fold in whipped topping, and spread over set gelatin.
- Sprinkle with pecans, chill for another hour before serving.
