This Crunchwrap Casserole recipe combines all the bold flavors of a Taco Bell favorite in one easy-to-bake, family-friendly dish. Freezer-friendly & customizable!

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 6 small tostada shells (or crispy corn tortillas)
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup chopped lettuce (optional, for topping)
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Grease the 9×13 dish and preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place 2 flour tortillas as the base layer.
- Add a layer of beef, tostadas, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, and repeat.
- Finish with tortillas on top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
