- 1 pack (12-count) sweet Hawaiian rolls (for Hawaiian roll Cuban sliders)
- ½ lb thinly sliced cooked pork roast (Cuban pulled pork sliders style)
- ½ lb thinly sliced honey ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
- Dill pickle slices (about 12)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Without separating them, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half into a greased baking dish.
- Layer the Fillings
- Spread mustard evenly on the cut side of the bottom half.
- Add layers: ham, pork roast, Swiss cheese, then pickle slices.
- Top & Butter
- Place the top slab of rolls back on.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.
- Brush butter mixture generously over the tops.
- Bake It
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 5–7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
