- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 head Boston Bibb lettuce (or Romaine hearts)
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup pickled turnips
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for spice
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce
- Mix garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and a dash of chili flakes. Let it sit for enhanced flavor.
- Cook the Shrimp
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Add shrimp, seasoning with salt & pepper
- Sauté for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque
- Assemble the Wraps
- Lay lettuce on a plate
- Add a few slices of bell pepper, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes
- Top with 1–2 shrimp
- Drizzle sauce
- Garnish with parsley and green onions
