Description

This frozen yogurt bark with berries is an easy, no-bake treat made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola. A colorful, healthy frozen snack!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola (optional, for crunch)
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment-lined sheet (~½ inch thick).
  4. Evenly sprinkle strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the yogurt.
  5. Add granola and chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.
  7. Once frozen, break into bark-sized pieces.
  8. Store in a freezer-safe container with parchment between layers.
