Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the Orzo
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add dry orzo and stir for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. This adds depth to your garlic parmesan pasta orzo.
  5. Infuse with Garlic
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds—don’t burn it.

  8. Simmer in Broth
