Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 pound cake (about 12 oz), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
  • Optional: honey lime drizzle or cider vinegar caramel

Instructions

  1. Slice peaches in half and remove pits.
  2. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Grill the Pound Cake and Peaches
  4. Heat skillet or outdoor grill over medium-high.
  5. Grill peaches cut side down for 3–4 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Lightly grill pound cake slices until edges crisp and golden.
  7. Assemble the Dessert
  8. Plate grilled pound cake first.
  9. Top with grilled peach halves.
  10. Drizzle with honey lime or cider caramel sauce.
  11. Add whipped cream or ice cream for the creamy finish.
