- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 pound cake (about 12 oz), sliced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Optional: honey lime drizzle or cider vinegar caramel
Instructions
- Slice peaches in half and remove pits.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Grill the Pound Cake and Peaches
- Heat skillet or outdoor grill over medium-high.
- Grill peaches cut side down for 3–4 minutes until caramelized.
- Lightly grill pound cake slices until edges crisp and golden.
- Assemble the Dessert
- Plate grilled pound cake first.
- Top with grilled peach halves.
- Drizzle with honey lime or cider caramel sauce.
- Add whipped cream or ice cream for the creamy finish.
