Instructions
- Whisk Eggs
- Crack eggs into bowl
- Add milk, salt, pepper
- Whisk until light and slightly frothy
- Prep the Pan
- Heat butter in nonstick skillet on medium
- Swirl until fully melted and bubbly
- Tilt pan to coat the surface evenly
- Cook the Eggs
- Pour in egg mixture
- Let it sit for 10 seconds, then stir gently
- Use spatula to pull edges to the center, allowing raw egg to flow underneath
- Add Fillings & Fold
- Sprinkle ham and Swiss cheese over one half
- Cover for 30 seconds to melt cheese
- Fold omelet in half with spatula
- Slide onto plate and garnish with herbs
