  • ½ tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup diced cooked ham
  • ⅓ cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk Eggs
  2. Crack eggs into bowl
  3. Add milk, salt, pepper
  4. Whisk until light and slightly frothy
  5. Prep the Pan
  6. Heat butter in nonstick skillet on medium
  7. Swirl until fully melted and bubbly
  8. Tilt pan to coat the surface evenly
  9. Cook the Eggs
  10. Pour in egg mixture
  11. Let it sit for 10 seconds, then stir gently
  12. Use spatula to pull edges to the center, allowing raw egg to flow underneath
  13. Add Fillings & Fold
  14. Sprinkle ham and Swiss cheese over one half
  15. Cover for 30 seconds to melt cheese
