- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional for more heat)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prep Your Potatoes
- Peel and cube sweet potatoes into 1-inch chunks.
- Pat them dry for maximum crispiness.
- Toss with Oil & Seasoning
- Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, cinnamon (optional) and potatoes in a bowl.
- Toss evenly to coat.
- Roast to Perfection
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread potatoes on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Glaze with Hot Honey
- Remove from oven and drizzle hot honey.
- Return to oven for 5 more minutes to caramelize.
- Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle with chili flakes and parsley.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
