Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz) cans tuna packed in olive oil, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, flake the tuna gently with a fork.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar and olive oil.
