- 1 pound gnocchi (shelf-stable or refrigerated)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Garlic butter or marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 400°F).
- Boil gnocchi for 2–3 minutes until they float; drain and pat dry.
- Place gnocchi on a baking sheet, lightly smash with the bottom of a glass.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with garlic butter or marinara dipping sauce.
