Description

Crispy, golden smashed gnocchi bites made in the oven or air fryer. A fast, cheesy appetizer perfect for dipping and snacking anytime.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi (shelf-stable or refrigerated)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Garlic butter or marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 400°F).
  2. Boil gnocchi for 2–3 minutes until they float; drain and pat dry.
  3. Place gnocchi on a baking sheet, lightly smash with the bottom of a glass.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, season with parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roast 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
