- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
- Thinly slice cucumbers and sprinkle with salt. Let sit 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
- Drain excess water and gently pat dry.
- In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, red chili flakes, and garlic.
