This Strawberry Matcha Tiramisu blends creamy mascarpone, green tea-soaked ladyfingers, and sweet strawberries for a no-bake dessert fusion you’ll love.

For the Cream:
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp matcha powder (culinary grade)
For the Strawberry Layer:
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries
- Combine sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice
- Let sit for 15–20 minutes until juicy
- Make the Matcha Cream
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form
- In another bowl, blend mascarpone and vanilla until smooth
- Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone
- Sift matcha powder over mixture and fold again until fully combined
- Brew and Cool the Matcha
- Whisk 1 tbsp matcha into 1 cup hot water
- Let cool before using for ladyfingers
- Assemble the Layers
- Dip ladyfingers quickly into cooled matcha (don’t oversoak!)
- Line bottom of dish with soaked ladyfingers
- Add half the matcha mascarpone cream
- Layer strawberry mixture
- Repeat ladyfingers and cream, then smooth the top
- Chill and Serve
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
- Dust with more matcha and top with fresh strawberries before serving
