Description

This Strawberry Matcha Tiramisu blends creamy mascarpone, green tea-soaked ladyfingers, and sweet strawberries for a no-bake dessert fusion you’ll love.


Ingredients

For the Cream:

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder (culinary grade)

For the Strawberry Layer:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries
  2. Combine sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice
  3. Let sit for 15–20 minutes until juicy
  4. Make the Matcha Cream
  5. Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form
  6. In another bowl, blend mascarpone and vanilla until smooth
  7. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone
  8. Sift matcha powder over mixture and fold again until fully combined
  9. Brew and Cool the Matcha
  10. Whisk 1 tbsp matcha into 1 cup hot water
  11. Let cool before using for ladyfingers
  12. Assemble the Layers
  13. Dip ladyfingers quickly into cooled matcha (don’t oversoak!)
  14. Line bottom of dish with soaked ladyfingers
  15. Add half the matcha mascarpone cream
  16. Layer strawberry mixture
  17. Repeat ladyfingers and cream, then smooth the top
  18. Chill and Serve
  19. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
  20. Dust with more matcha and top with fresh strawberries before serving
