Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup warm water

- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preparing the Dough
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
Add olive oil and warm water, mix until dough forms.
Knead dough until smooth (8-10 mins).
Shaping the Crust
Preheat oven with pizza stone to 500°F.
Roll dough very thin (about 1/8 inch).
Dust pizza peel or pan with cornmeal.
Assembling & Baking
